javelina was my first album i had written most of the songs on it over the course of a few years and concieved the album itself over spring break in 2021 i recorded the album over the course of march april and may that year and it felt really really good to finally get these songs recorded and to share them with the world even if i'm less happy with some of it now (especially fridge buzz which i can't listen to anymore) i think more than anything else it was a good sign of things to come and i'm really glad i did it when i did.
